This is a fully immersive holistic experience designed to treat your mind and body. The signature package begins with breath work and mindfulness exercises before moving on to back neck and shoulders, moving up into Indian head massage, then manual lymphatic drainage, finishing with hands and feet, and diaphragmatic breathing. The client then takes home an aromatherapy roll on remedy of their choice to continue their wellness experience at home or on the move.
